Evaluation Laboratory
Adirondack Machine Corporation maintains a complete wet-end
laboratory in our Queensbury, New York facility. The lab allows customers to use and
evaluate FORMAX™ equipment prior to purchase. Additionally, we can evaluate customer
stock samples and produce hand sheets for evaluation. Generally, this service is provided
free of charge to potential or existing customers. The lab is also available on a fee for
service basis when no equipment purchase is anticipated.
Custom Equipment
Frequently, customers require a piece of custom equipment to meet
their specific research or testing needs. Adirondack Machine Corporation is uniquely able
to design and build wet-end laboratory equipment to meet these needs. Our experience in
the paper industry and understanding of customer requirements enable us to produce custom
equipment at prices comparable to our standard product lines. As with all of our products,
a full two year warranty is provided.
Spare/Replacement Parts
Although FORMAX™ Laboratory equipment is ruggedly constructed,
eventually parts wear out and need to be replaced. Adirondack Machine Corporation
maintains an extensive parts inventory and can typically ship same day to reduce equipment
down time. Additionally, when we can normally refurbish and repair equipment at our
facility in one or two days.
